Texas sales tax will be included on all Texas claims unless a completed exemption certificate has been filed out and forwarded to Accounting to be kept on file. If the purchase is for a non-profit organization, the Accounting Dept. must have a completed exemption certificate in order that the purchase avoids sales tax.
